		<description>There is a zuchinni cake(like carrot cake) I have all the problems, I planted three different varieties this year, all good the yellow and romanescu are slower growing and last longer....when there is a glut after I ahve given everyone some to take home I do make the soup etc...I grate it in everything...now the yellows a few are still there....any charitable centre will take them...Oh I also stuff them with bolanaise type stuff and other things...of course with tomatoes, sliced alternatively in a baking dish with herbs and bread crumbs  YUMM hope this helps MAureen xx</description>
